By accessing or using lustrazor.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by LustRazor and provides information about our music, videos, and related content. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

All music, artwork, video, text, and other materials on the Site are owned by LustRazor or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Streaming on the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. Purchased downloads are licensed for your personal listening only — you may not redistribute, resell, sync to video, or publicly perform purchased files except as allowed by law.

You may not copy or download Site content except through an authorized purchase or as expressly permitted by us.

Digital music purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars. When you complete a purchase, you receive access to download the MP3 files included in your order. Download links may expire after a limited period; registered accounts can access purchases from their account page.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds, if any, are handled at our discretion or through Stripe where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by automated scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent playback or access controls
• Misrepresent your affiliation with LustRazor or use our name, marks, or content without permission

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (including streaming platforms, social networks, and video hosts). Those services are not under our control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or playback.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LustRazor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LustRazor from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
